Question for POA Board Members,
When the Mayor put together the business plan for POA owned Isle Dauphine he included many projections for income, but provided no basis for those projections.
Will you please tell us how the Mayor reached these financial projections and what they were based on?
Also, I may have overlooked it, but could you please point out where in that business plan salaries for Isle Dauphin employees is listed?

This is just an FYI. Any property owner can get any information they want regarding POA financials simply by asking. I requested a list of dues paying members last Thursday, and I got it today. There were no surprises on it.....my point being that the POA is your business, my business and the business of anyone who wants to know and who takes the initiative and interest to get it.

Didn't Robin Linn, Charles Gaba and Tom Howes write the Business plan? Since they wrote it, surely they are monitoring the progress of it.
Can any of you answer the question if the business plan is working?
